About the LoyalPass
LoyalPass connects your loyalty program directly to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, letting customers add your branded loyalty card to their phone instantly—no app store downloads needed. The card updates automatically with customer data from Shopify metafields, store credit, or through the API, so loyalty information stays current without manual work.
When customers walk near your store, their loyalty card appears on the lock screen with location-based alerts. Staff can scan the pass at POS to verify loyalty status and apply rewards quickly, eliminating the need to ask for phone numbers or email addresses.
Customize the card design to match your brand, send push notifications when data changes, and work with both iOS and Android devices. The scannable passes speed up checkout while keeping your customers engaged with your loyalty program.
