About the Lowlands GARAN Guarantee Label

This app helps EU merchants comply with new consumer rules starting 27 September 2026. It displays the official harmonised legal guarantee notice and GARAN durability labels required by Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 for products with producer guarantees exceeding two years. The guarantee notice appears automatically in all 24 EU languages matching your storefront, complete with the mandatory Your Europe link using unaltered Commission artwork. For eligible products, add GARAN labels by entering duration, brand, and model details individually or through CSV import. Labels show in your store and cart, with email snippets included. The legal guarantee notice is free for all shops. GARAN label functionality requires a paid plan with CSV import and export options. This tool helps display required information but does not constitute legal advice.
