Lower Chargeback helps merchants review order risk and monitor disputes without using customer identity data. The app synchronizes operational order data and displays Shopify risk signals so you can make informed decisions about your orders. Track Shopify Payments disputes including status, reasons, amounts, and deadlines all in one place. Record your merchant decisions for future reference. The Provider Hub lets you compare provider products, access requirements, and limitations before activating a registered adapter. This Public Lite version protects privacy by not requesting customer names, emails, phone numbers, billing addresses, or shipping addresses. Note that it doesn't include customer messaging, Evidence Builder, file upload, or evidence submission features.
