About the LotGuard
LotGuard helps food, cosmetics, and supplement stores manage inventory by lot number and expiry date. The app automatically allocates orders using FEFO (First Expired, First Out), ensuring every order ships from the lot expiring soonest so older stock leaves first and waste is minimized.
Record lot numbers and expiry dates when stock arrives, and get alerts before lots expire at your chosen timing. If you need to recall a lot, search by lot number to find every order it shipped in and export affected customers as a CSV file. The app handles cancellations and refunds automatically by releasing allocations.
Import your existing lots from a spreadsheet with one CSV upload. Generate waste reports, lot ledgers, and printable picking lists to track inventory and reduce stock loss from expired products.
