About the LinkLifeboat Delivery Recovery

LinkLifeboat provides digital goods merchants with a reliable backup delivery system when primary download links fail. The app creates a second delivery path by storing checksum-verified recovery copies attached to your Shopify products. When customers complete paid orders, they receive durable entitlements that can be audited and managed. Merchants can revoke access after cancellations or refunds, then generate signed 24-hour recovery links when legitimate customers need them. Every download is tracked through an order-level ledger for complete visibility. The app works alongside your existing delivery system, keeping recovery copies separate from primary downloads. Download limits and per-shop storage ceilings ensure controlled, reviewable recovery operations. Digital order delivery failures no longer mean lost customer access—LinkLifeboat maintains verified backup copies and provides revocable resend links that protect both merchants and customers.
