LIA Assistant helps shoppers find products using natural language, photo search, and shopping list matching. Instead of a traditional search box, customers can ask questions in plain language, upload images, or paste entire shopping lists to get instant product matches. The app reads your product catalogue during installation and sets itself up automatically. You can review and edit everything before going live. LIA answers using only your actual product data and store policies, so it never invents products, prices, or stock levels. When you don't carry something, it tells shoppers directly rather than suggesting incorrect alternatives. Shoppers can paste a complete shopping list and get every item matched at once. Photo search lets customers upload images to find similar products you stock. Every response comes from your real catalogue, giving accurate product information and availability in plain language instead of just showing a page of links.
