About the Letterbird
Letterbird plans and writes email campaigns for your Shopify store in your brand voice. The app creates emails from your products, collections, and recent sales, using your brand's colors, fonts, and style. Each campaign is built in your Klaviyo account and scheduled automatically.
By default, you approve every email before it goes out. Review the content, edit the subject line, reschedule, or skip campaigns as needed. When you're ready, switch on autopilot mode to let approved emails send automatically. You can turn autopilot off anytime.
Send times are based on your Klaviyo send history, with smart defaults as backup. Discount codes are created in your Shopify store only when you approve an email. Letterbird handles the planning, writing, and scheduling while you stay in control of what your customers receive.
