About the Krono ‑ Scheduling App
Krono puts appointment booking directly on your Shopify store. Shoppers can book a day and time in their own time zone without creating a separate account. Merchants set up hosts, weekly hours, date exceptions, and event types through the admin panel. The app supports one-on-one, group, collective, and round-robin scheduling options.
Customers select their preferred time slot on your store domain and receive a confirmation email with a calendar file. Both merchants and shoppers get automated emails for confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations. You can set booking windows, buffers between appointments, and date exceptions to control availability.
Installation includes a theme app block, popup embed, and a dedicated booking page—no theme code editing required. The calendar displays times in each shopper's local time zone for accurate scheduling.
