About the EU Guarantee & GARAN Konform

From 27 September 2026, EU law requires online stores selling to consumers in the EU to display a harmonised legal guarantee notice on product pages. This app helps your store comply with the mandatory EU legal guarantee requirements by automatically adding the official notice in all 24 EU languages. Products with a commercial durability guarantee exceeding two years must also display the official EU GARAN label. The app includes this GARAN label with your brand, model and guarantee duration using artwork published by the European Commission. The language switches automatically based on your shopper's preferences, with no manual setup needed per language. All company sizes must comply - there are no exemptions. Digital products, services and B2B orders are excluded from these requirements.
