ScratchCart helps recover abandoned carts by showing shoppers a scratch-to-reveal discount right before they leave your store. When someone is about to exit with items in their cart, a scratch card appears on screen. They scratch to reveal their reward, and the discount applies instantly to their cart—no codes to copy, no emails to wait for. You control which reward tiers appear and how often they're shown. Every discount code is single-use and time-limited, generated specifically for each shopper. The app uses exit-intent and inactivity triggers with per-session limits and cooldown periods to engage customers at the right moment.
