About the Kai: Extra Fees & Surcharges

Kai lets you add surcharges, tariffs and extra fees to your cart and checkout without any code. Create mandatory fees like tariff surcharges, small order fees and handling fees that apply automatically to orders. You can also offer optional add-ons such as gift wrapping, shipping protection and eco packaging that customers select using a checkbox, toggle or popup. Set up fixed amount or percentage fees per order or per product based on cart value rules. Apply fees to all products, specific collections or individual items. Market-based fees display in each shopper's local currency, making it easy to recover rising costs and sell add-ons. Track fee performance with a revenue dashboard showing orders with fees and individual fee metrics.
