Customers make changes from the order status page or a hosted portal while you stay in control. Set time windows to allow address edits and cancellation requests only when it makes sense. Block changes automatically once fulfillment starts. Use product tags and customer tags to route sensitive orders to your approval inbox, where you can review live order details and approve or decline in one click. Safe automation handles low-risk changes instantly: auto-approve address edits and auto-cancel unpaid orders. Paid-order cancellations always require your approval unless you enable Pro auto-refund. Customer emails include your logo, brand color, and reply-to address for a seamless self-service experience.
