Prepaid subscription plans clearly show the number of deliveries, price per delivery, and the total upfront cost. Automatic dunning handles failed payment cards by retrying them before pausing or cancelling subscriptions. Customers can manage everything themselves through a self-serve portal where they pause, skip, swap products, cancel subscriptions, or update payment details without contacting support. The cancel flow includes a save feature that offers discounts, skips, or pauses to reduce churn before customers leave.
