You control the limits: set maximum discounts, restrict counter-offers, add sweetener perks, and tag products as fixed-price. Server-side guardrails ensure the AI never sells below your floor price. When a deal is agreed, it automatically becomes a Shopify draft order at the exact negotiated amount.
