Giftnote helps stores handle gift messages, gift cards, and bulk orders without manual work. Shoppers can add gift messages at product, cart, or checkout. These branded messages send via SMS or email when parcels ship or get delivered, so there's nothing to print and it works with any 3PL. Digital gift cards and store credit go directly to recipients, not buyers. Corporate customers can send to up to 1,000 recipients in a single checkout through branded storefronts. The app captures both gift recipients and gifters, syncing them to Klaviyo so you can market to them and turn them into customers. Track your gifting performance with analytics showing gifting moments, why customers gift, and which products get gifted most. Multi-currency support included for gift cards.
