Each client gets assigned to an associate, with birthdays, anniversaries, and planned follow-ups appearing on their Today list. Client profiles store ring sizes, wishlists, important dates, and complete Shopify purchase history. The shared SMS/MMS inbox lets your team reply to messages, assign conversations, and mark threads to revisit. Track repairs and special orders, then text clients when items are ready.
