About the Fundamental Order Editing

Let customers edit their own orders after checkout and reduce customer support tickets. Shoppers can fix mistakes like wrong addresses, sizes, quantities, or discount codes directly from the Thank you and Order status pages—no need to email support and wait for replies. Merchants control which edit types are allowed and set time windows for how long orders stay editable. Customers can update addresses, products, variants, and discount codes on unfulfilled orders. They can also cancel unfulfilled orders with refunds or download PDF invoices instantly with one click. The app includes an order editing block for thank you and order status pages, plus an EU Withdrawal Button that sends legally binding emails after form submission. Every edit and cancellation is logged in your dashboard. Works with all Shopify plans and Markets.
