About the FraudPilot: High Risk Orders
FraudPilot helps you review high-risk orders before shipping and make quick decisions to prevent chargebacks. The app creates a single review queue for orders Shopify flags as risky, showing you why each order was flagged along with order details, location, IP address, and your previous decisions for the same buyer.
You can set up custom rules to add large orders or bulk orders to your review queue, even if Shopify rated them as low risk. Approve, cancel, or tag any order with one click, and every decision gets logged automatically so you can export records when needed.
The app sends dispute notices with deadlines and provides a printable evidence page to help you respond to chargebacks. You'll also get in-app alerts when abandoned checkouts look like card testing attempts. FraudPilot gives you full control—it never auto-cancels orders or blocks checkout, so you make all the final decisions on which orders to fulfill.
