Formhold Custom Forms captures and stores every form submission from your Shopify storefront. This app works seamlessly with the forms already built into your theme—no need to rebuild anything from scratch. Simply add a form ID and start collecting submissions immediately. The app automatically creates each form and its fields when it receives the first submission, making setup incredibly simple. All form submissions are stored in your admin panel where you can easily search through them. Export your data as CSV files whenever needed, or set up automatic notifications to Slack. You can also send submissions to your own webhook endpoint for custom integrations.
