Foreshelf combines your Shopify sales data, inventory levels, supplier lead times, and batch expiry dates to show you exactly what action each SKU needs. The app calculates demand velocity, stock coverage, cash tied up in inventory, and expiry risk all in one workspace. Marcus, the built-in assistant, explains the reasoning behind each recommendation and prepares purchase orders, supplier emails, or expiry-aware discounts for your review. Every action requires your approval before it runs, with order limits and a 60-second cancellation window for safety. Track batches using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) to catch expiry risk early. Import your Stocky history via CSV to get started quickly. Know when to reorder, when to wait, and which stock needs monitoring.
