About the FlowPost: Flow Email via SMTP

FlowPost adds a Send transactional email action to Shopify Flow, letting you email customers, staff, or suppliers when anything happens in your store. Since Flow's built-in email can't send to customer addresses, this app fills that gap for order notifications, B2B approvals, COD orders, low stock alerts, and fraud risk warnings. Send branded emails from your own domain through SMTP, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, or Resend. The app works with any Flow trigger and supports Liquid templates with order and customer data, plus file attachments. If your primary email provider fails, it automatically falls back to a backup provider. Track every send in the delivery log with delivered and bounced status for complete visibility.
