This app lets customers upload files directly from your store forms — including contact, register, cart, product pages, and Klaviyo embedded forms. All uploaded files are securely saved to your Google Drive account.
You can choose specific Google Drive folders for file storage and customize file names using dynamic templates with form field values like customer name, age, or date. The app supports multiple upload fields in a single form, giving you flexibility for different use cases.
Setup is straightforward: install the theme extension, connect your Google Drive account, and configure everything from the admin panel. Works with both Shopify's default form builder and Klaviyo forms.
