About the File To Inbox ‑ File Upload
This app lets customers upload files and images directly with their orders — perfect for merchants selling custom products like printed t-shirts, engraved items, or personalized signs. Customers can attach photos, videos, PDFs, Excel files, PSDs, ZIPs and more from any device. Each file can be up to 5 GB with no upload limit per order. Uploads are automatically delivered to your own cloud storage including Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or SFTP server. You can also use the built-in cloud storage with nothing to set up. Files stored in your own storage remain yours even if you uninstall the app.
