About the EventTix: Tickets & Check‑In
EventTix converts your Shopify products into event tickets with QR codes and printable PDFs sent automatically by email. Create new ticketed events with capacity synced to inventory, or add tickets to products you already sell—keeping the same page and link. Buyers receive QR ticket emails, can name every seat, and answer custom questions you set up.
Staff can scan tickets at the door from any phone browser, with check-in working offline even without signal. The delivery dashboard shows sent, failed, and resent tickets with one-click resend options. When events sell out, collect waitlists and offer freed seats with deadlines before opening to general sale. Issue guest tickets, print name badges, and track attendees. No per-ticket fees charged.
