About the Dotcase ‑ EU Compliance

Dotcase - EU Compliance helps online stores meet mandatory EU legal requirements in one app. It adds the required withdrawal button and self-service form, allowing customers to find their order, select items, and submit withdrawal requests in their own language without needing to log in. Store owners manage all requests through a single dashboard where they can review, approve, or reject each submission with proper legal grounds, then sync approved requests directly to Shopify Returns. The app also displays the legal guarantee notice that becomes mandatory from 27 September 2026, automatically shown in your store's language. Customers can track and retract requests from their order page. Full support for all 24 EU languages is included, covering both the interface and automated emails.
