This app displays the official EU legal guarantee notice on your Shopify store, required for all traders selling goods to consumers in the EU from 27 September 2026. It serves the European Commission's harmonised notice file exactly as mandated by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, with no modifications to design or wording. The legal guarantee of conformity notice automatically appears in all 24 EU languages, matching your shopper's storefront language. Each notice links directly to the relevant Your Europe page for additional information. Installation is simple: turn on one app embed without editing theme code, and the notice appears across your storefront.
