About the Garantio EU Guarantee Notice

This app helps EU stores comply with the legal guarantee notice requirement starting 27 September 2026. It displays the official harmonised notice on legal guarantee of conformity (EU Regulation 2025/1960) on product pages in all 24 EU languages, automatically matching the shopper's language. The app works with any Shopify theme using app blocks for Online Store 2.0 or embeds for older themes. Add the GARAN durability label to individual products or apply it in bulk by collection, vendor, or tag when producers offer commercial guarantees. Smart filtering automatically skips gift cards, digital products, and B2B buyers. You can also exclude specific products by tag. A daily storefront check monitors whether the EU guarantee notice appears correctly on your live store, giving you peace of mind about compliance. This app is not legal advice.
