About the PREPA: EU Guarantee Notice
This app helps your store comply with EU Regulation 2025/1960 by displaying the required legal guarantee notice to EU consumers. From 27 September 2026, all stores selling goods to EU shoppers must show the harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity.
The app automatically displays the official European Commission artwork in all 24 EU languages, matching the shopper's language without any theme code changes. Setup takes just a few clicks with guided instructions.
If you offer a durability guarantee, you can add the EU GARAN label to selected collections or products. The label appears next to product images and expands on click or hover. The notice also shows on cart pages, Plus checkout, and order confirmation emails. The artwork loads only when shoppers open it, keeping your store lightweight and fast.
Launched: October 7, 2026
