About the EU Garantie Labels

This app helps online shops comply with the EU legal guarantee label requirement coming into effect on September 27, 2026. According to the EmpCo Directive, stores must display the EU guarantee label to consumers, plus an additional warranty label for products with durability guarantees of 2 years or more. Installation takes just 2 minutes using drag and drop in the Theme Editor – no coding needed. Set warranty duration per product through metafields, including brand, model, and duration details. QR codes are generated locally on your store. The app includes both German and English language support. Privacy-focused design means no API permissions required, no access to customer data, no tracking, and no external servers involved. Everything runs directly in your Shopify theme.
