About the esigned: waivers & signatures

esigned lets you require signed waivers before customers add products to cart, at checkout, or when they complete their purchase. Upload your existing PDF waiver and the app automatically finds the blanks and places signature fields for you—no need to rebuild anything from scratch. Customers can sign waivers on any phone, tablet, or computer. Choose when they sign: before adding items to cart, during checkout, by email after purchase, or at your POS counter using Shopify POS or a printed QR code. Every signed PDF includes an audit trail and links directly to its order. The app's dashboard shows which customers haven't signed yet, and you can send reminders with one click. Perfect for businesses running rentals, tours, fitness studios, classes, and events that need liability waivers or customer signatures before service.
