EcoTrack replaces standard courier tracking links with a branded tracking page on your own store domain. Instead of sending customers to a courier's website with no connection to your brand, they'll see a tracking page styled with your logo, colors, and font. Customers simply enter their order number and email or phone to view each parcel's status and current location. This is especially useful for orders that ship in multiple boxes, as they can see per-parcel tracking details. They get the information they need without having to contact you. Setup takes just minutes: install the app, customize the appearance options, and share your tracking page link. The page is served from your own domain, keeping the experience consistent with your store. You can monitor lookup counts in your dashboard to see how often customers use the tracking page. EcoTrack doesn't store your order data.
