Do The Proof automatically handles chargeback disputes by pulling order data from your Shopify store and drafting responses matched to the exact dispute reason from the bank. When a customer disputes a payment, the app collects your order details, customer information, fulfillment records, and tracking data as evidence. It then creates a ready-to-review response that you can edit and approve before submission. For Shopify Payments disputes, you paste the approved draft into Shopify's dispute form. The app shows which required proofs you have and what evidence would strengthen your case. Track your dispute outcomes and recovered revenue by month and dispute type.
