dotAOV: Order Editing

dotAOV: Order Editing lets customers make post-purchase changes to their orders without contacting support. After checkout, shoppers can fix their own shipping address, update contact details like name, phone, and email, add order notes, or switch product variants such as size or color. Everything happens on a secure, branded self-service page. You control which fields customers can edit and set the editing window duration. An optional editor appears on the Thank You page with a live countdown timer. Each customer edit is verified and automatically saved back to Shopify, ensuring orders ship to the correct address with accurate details. This reduces support tickets while giving customers the flexibility to correct mistakes on their own terms.
