About the DispatchFlex: Handling Time
DispatchFlex solves a common Shopify limitation: the lack of per-product handling times. Instead of using one shipping policy for your entire store, you can now set different handling times for each product. Perfect for made-to-order stores that need to show accurate dispatch dates.
Add custom handling times like "Made to order, ships in 2 weeks" or set lead times in days. The app automatically calculates real dispatch dates based on your working days, holidays, and production schedule. You can even mark production weeks as full, and all affected products will automatically update to the next available window.
The handling time badge appears on product pages, collection pages, and cart pages. It installs as a theme app block, so no theme code editing is required. Products without a handling time won't display anything. Set order-by cutoff times to let customers know when they need to order for same-day processing.
