About the Dispatch Hours: Cutoff

Dispatch Hours helps you hide next-day and express shipping rates after your cutoff time has passed. The app works in your store's timezone to prevent customers from selecting shipping options you can't fulfill. Set your dispatch cutoff time and the app automatically hides express rates once that time passes. It also hides chosen rates on weekends, public holidays, and any extra closed dates you specify. After cutoff, you can display fallback shipping rates instead, like "Express: Dispatches next working day" so customers still see available options. Add customizable banners on your storefront showing the cutoff time or a countdown timer. This lets customers know exactly when they need to order to get express shipping, preventing that sinking feeling when someone orders next-day delivery after you've stopped dispatching for the day.
