Direct Fulfillment Dispatch connects your Shopify fulfillment store with retailer and external order sources through secure API integration. This B2B fulfillment solution automatically ingests orders from multiple partners, matches products by SKU or barcode with optional mappings, and syncs tracking information back to connected retailers via webhooks.
Suppliers and 3PLs can manage all API keys, retailer connections, and product mappings directly in Shopify Admin. Orders flow in through X-API-Key authentication, you fulfill them as usual, and tracking updates automatically sync to your partners.
