About the DigiBorder Block Digital Sales
DigiBorder helps you control where you sell digital products by blocking or allowing purchases based on billing countries at checkout. Perfect for stores selling downloads, ebooks, templates, or services with geographic restrictions.
Set up a country blocklist to prevent digital sales from specific regions, or use an allowlist to sell only in approved countries. The app works with products marked as not requiring shipping and gives you the option to include mixed carts containing both digital and physical items. Physical-only carts always pass through without restrictions.
Customize your checkout message to explain purchase restrictions to customers. Your rule uses the billing country entered by the buyer—no IP tracking, file delivery, or tax calculation involved. Pause and reactivate your saved country rule anytime directly from your Shopify admin, giving you complete control over your digital product sales restrictions.
