CustomerGenius helps Shopify merchants detect and stop discount code abuse from customers creating multiple email accounts. The app automatically scores every discounted order by comparing email, phone, shipping address, billing address, and name against prior orders to catch repeat offenders reusing promotions and free product offers.
Merchants can choose how to handle flagged orders: receive email alerts, hold orders for manual review, or automatically cancel and refund suspicious orders before they ship.
