CustomerGenius helps you stop discount abuse by finding shoppers who create new email accounts to reuse your first-order and one-time discount codes. Simply choose which discounts to monitor, and the app scores each order against past purchases by comparing email, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and customer name. When it detects someone reusing a once-per-customer discount with a different email, you can hold flagged orders for review or automatically cancel and refund them. Get email alerts for every flagged order so you stay informed. The app links one shopper to their multiple accounts, making it easy to spot repeat abusers. At installation, it scans your last 60 days of orders but makes no changes until you configure your preferences. Compatible with Recharge and ShipStation.
