CourNotify automatically confirms orders on WhatsApp and recommends the best courier based on your delivery history. When a customer places an order, they instantly receive a WhatsApp message with order details and a simple confirm or cancel option. The app uses AI to check each confirmed order for a complete delivery address and flags any missing details. It then recommends which courier to use based on past delivery performance in that city. Once you dispatch the order, customers get tracking updates directly on WhatsApp as the status changes—from in-transit to out for delivery, delivered, or returned.
