CounterFields: POS Fields

CounterFields adds custom fields to your Shopify POS sale screen, letting staff collect serial numbers, customer IDs, notes and other information right at the counter. All answers are automatically saved onto orders as line item properties and order attributes. Create field sets in the admin using text, number, email, date, time, choice, long text or yes/no fields. Set up validation with patterns, ranges and length rules. Mark fields as required, or make them conditionally required based on other answers. Target your field sets by product, collection, tag or POS location so staff only see relevant fields that match what's in the cart. This keeps the checkout process quick while capturing the exact data you need for each sale.
