About the ConsentLedger

ConsentLedger helps merchants collect buyer acknowledgements for delivery requirements, custom orders and return conditions at checkout. The app works with supported Shopify Plus checkouts to show relevant questions and require answers before order completion. Merchants can require checkboxes, text fields and choices based on products, customer conditions and language. The app retains both the buyer response and the exact published rule text with each order, making it easy to search records when questions come up later. Export evidence through CSV, API and webhooks. Theme blocks let buyers create drafts that they confirm at checkout. Keep order-linked responses organized and accessible for compliance and customer service needs.
