About the ConsentGuard: Terms Checkbox

ConsentGuard adds a customizable consent block to your cart page where customers accept your terms before checkout. Choose from a checkbox, banner, or acknowledgment format to collect agreement on age verification, final sale policies, custom orders, or hazardous goods disclaimers. Every customer acceptance is automatically recorded with the order number, timestamp, and a snapshot of the exact text shown. Export this proof of consent for individual orders during disputes or download your complete consent history as CSV for record-keeping. Optional enforcement blocks checkout until required checkboxes are ticked, covering Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Buy It Now buttons.
