COD Optimizer controls when cash on delivery appears at checkout, helping you cut refused deliveries while keeping sales strong. Set rules based on cart total, shipping destination, products, collections, customer order history, discounts, or address quality. You can hide, rename, or reorder payment methods to match your needs. Start with guided templates by filling in just one value, or build custom rules in the editor. The impact report connects each rule to the orders it affected, so you can see what's working. A risk score combines address quality, purchase history, and discounts into one simple threshold. The admin interface is fully available in both English and Arabic with RTL support.
