Chimeback adds a WhatsApp action directly to your abandoned checkout details in Shopify admin. The app prepares each customer's phone number, name, your store name, and their secure checkout recovery link automatically. You can review the message before choosing to send it through WhatsApp - nothing goes out automatically.
Edit your store-wide default message and country code from the Chimeback app home, and Shopify stores these preferences for you. You don't need a WhatsApp Business API account or any external customer database to follow up on abandoned checkouts. Simply open the prepared WhatsApp message, review the recovery link, and send when ready.
