About the Chargeback Blacklist
Protect your store from chargebacks by blocking risky customers at checkout. This app scans your chargeback history and blocks those buyers by email, phone, name, and address automatically. Block checkout using email, phone number, name, address, customer account, or customer tag. When a blocked customer tries to checkout, they'll see your custom message and the order won't go through. Higher plans include access to a community blacklist with details reported by other stores. You can also restrict storefront access by IP address and track all blocked checkout attempts, their cart values, and your total protected order value.
