About the channl
Channl makes returns simple by letting customers request them directly through WhatsApp chat. Shoppers send their order number and select a return reason without needing to log into a portal. The app automatically checks each request against your custom rules, including return windows, eligible products, accepted reasons, and any shipping or restocking fees you've set per product or collection.
When a return is approved, it's instantly created in your Shopify admin with all fees already applied. Return labels are booked directly on your own carrier account at your negotiated rates, and tracking numbers are generated automatically.
