About the CaterCap Reservations
CaterCap adds booking and capacity control to your catering products. Customers select an available date, time, fulfillment method, and guest count before completing their order. The app uses temporary holds to protect your guest capacity and order limits during checkout, then automatically commits or releases capacity based on the transaction. You can connect your existing products without rebuilding your catalog, set specific guest and order capacity for weekly service windows, and configure lead times and fulfillment options. An embedded dashboard lets you review all reservation activity while customer identity and payment data stay secure in Shopify.
