FP1 – Cart Shipping Calculator displays estimated shipping rates directly in the cart, so customers can see shipping costs before reaching checkout. Shoppers enter their destination country and Postal/ZIP code to preview rates based on your existing Shopify shipping zones and settings. The app includes optional Geo-IP functionality to automatically suggest the customer's location, making it faster to get shipping estimates. It works with carrier-calculated rates when available and integrates seamlessly with most Shopify 2.0 themes—no custom coding required. The calculator appears on both the cart page and cart drawer, fitting neatly under cart totals. This helps reduce shipping surprises and cart abandonment by giving shoppers transparency on delivery costs upfront. Final shipping rates are confirmed at checkout.
