About the CapFlow Booking
CapFlow Booking helps activity venues manage limited capacity bookings directly through their Shopify store. Perfect for cable parks, climbing gyms, surf schools, and similar businesses that need session-based scheduling.
Customers can browse available timeslots on your storefront, select their preferred date, duration, and party size, then complete checkout through Shopify's native system. The app automatically enforces capacity limits for each timeslot to prevent overbooking.
Features include member and public capacity pools that keep sessions full without going over limits, seasonal schedules that auto-generate timeslots, and a real-time check-in dashboard with QR token scanning. The admin calendar provides booking analytics showing occupancy rates, peak hours, and detailed reports. Email notifications keep everyone informed throughout the booking process.
