Candler Analytics records every visit to your Shopify store so you can watch them back like a video. See exactly where shoppers click, how far they scroll, and which step causes them to leave before buying. Session recordings capture rage-clicks on broken buttons and confusing elements that frustrate customers.
Click and scroll heatmaps show visitor behavior on any page, both desktop and mobile. Conversion funnels track the path from product page to purchase, linking directly to recordings of shoppers who dropped off so you can identify problems fast.
The live view shows who's browsing your store right now and their activity as it happens. Revenue tracking pulls order data from Shopify itself, so sales count accurately even when browsers block scripts. Form fields and payment details are never recorded for customer privacy.
